You've landed on this page because:

Perhaps something in your life isn't making sense right now.

You're at a point of transition and feeling frightened.

You're standing at a crossroads, unsure which path to take.

Maybe a recent diagnosis has both validated your past and present, yet left the future feeling overwhelming.

Or you feel you've been dealt a difficult hand in life and find yourself haunted by past experiences.

Perhaps you're living with anxiety, struggling with self-esteem or finding it hard to accept the loss of someone dear.

Or maybe you've had therapy before, found it helpful, and you're ready to continue that journey.

Whatever has brought you here, you've already taken the first step by seeking help.

And now you might be wondering whether I'm the right person to support you. Let me tell you a little about how I work.

I am a humanistic psychotherapeutic counsellor with a person-centred focus. This means my aim is to understand what has brought you to therapy; what feels painful, confusing or important for you right now.

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences freely.

My role is to listen, not as an expert or authority, but as a fellow human being who has also known love, loss, fear and change.

Through this shared process, I believe you can develop a deeper understanding and compassion for yourself and, in time, find the confidence to meet life's challenges in new ways.
